ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY INTERIOR TILE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a environment-friendly functional interior tile which is manufactured by mixing natural kaolin beneficial to a human body with various raw materials having high durability and effects of preventing atopic dermatitis, deodorizing, and managing humidity, and radiating infrared rays, thereby composing indoor spaces such as a kitchen, a living room, a ceiling, and the like as an environment-friendly living environment; and to method for manufacturing the same. The environment-friendly functional interior tile comprises: 10-20 volume% of kaolin; 15-20 volume% of illite; 20-25 volume% of zeolite; 10-20 volume% of barely stone; 15-20 volume% of bentonite; and 20-40 volume% of pearlite. Therefore, the method of the present invention can reduce manufacturing costs and provide a high-quality tile as the manufacturing time is reduced and the process is efficiently performed. In addition, the tile is coated with natural colors during a manufacturing process, thereby providing high-quality interior design having beautiful and natural colors and environment-friendly functionality.
