The present invention relates to a pipe assembly for an underground manhole wherein a spiral corrugated pipe (24) is coupled to the inside of a manhole wall (10) with respect to the underground manhole. According to the present invention, the pipe assembly for an underground manhole comprises: a pipe adapter (14) fixated to a pipe coupling hole (12) of the manhole wall (10); a cylindrical coupling unit (52) having an intermediate spiral (48) and an end spiral (50) of an end part; a pipe body (160; an end part fixing ring (18); a rubber sleeve (20); and a fixed band 922) having a band main body. Moreover, the present invention provides an underground manhole having the pipe assembly.
