The present invention relates to a road cleaner sprinkler. The road cleaner sprinkler can be connected to a water service of a city and make rainwater collected and reused. The road cleaner sprinkler allows the use of groundwater by developing the groundwater. The road cleaner sprinkler prevents dust from being induced to houses around a road, a shopping center, and a pedestrian; keeps the road clean; and removes dust from tires which are worn out by the driving of a vehicle. The road cleaner sprinkler is installed at the center of the road every 30 meters. Although fine ducts always suspend in the air, the road environment can become cleaner by increasing the weight of the dusts with moisture to prevent the dusts from suspending in the air.
