VEHICLE IMPACT ABSORB DEVICE FOR CRASH BARRIER
The present invention is to disclose a vehicle impact buffer for end treatment of a crash barrier which comprises: front and back slide guard rails assembled on a main rail, a leading moving support installed to be able to move to the rear side along the main rail, a fixing support, an intermediate moving support, and the side of support at the end of the crash barrier. The front and back slide guard rails move to the rear side and absorb the impact while being torn along a cutting guide groove about a bolt. In the vehicle impact buffer for the end treatment of the crash barrier according to the present invention, the front and back slide guard rails are sequentially moved to the rear side by the impact when vehicles crash. At that time, the front and back slide guard rails are torn and absorb the impact and generate friction. Therefore, the present invention secures passenger safety by obtaining a buffering effect and minimizes the damage to a vehicle and road signage.
본 발명은 방호울타리의 단부에서 메인레일, 메인레일을 따라 후방으로 이동하게 설치된 선단이동지주대, 고정지주대, 중간이동지주대, 지주대의 측면에 조립되는 전방슬라이드가드레일, 후방슬라이드가드레일을 포함하여 구성되되, 전방슬라이드가드레일과 후방슬라이드가드레일은 충격이 가해지면 후방으로 이동하면서 볼트를 기준으로 절개안내홈을 따라 찢어지면서 충격을 흡수하도록 구성된 방호울타리 단부처리용 차량충돌완충장치를 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 방호울타리 단부처리용 차량충돌완충장치는 차량이 충돌하면 충격에 의해 전방슬라이드가드레일과 후방슬라이드가드레일이 순차적으로 후방으로 이동하게 되는데, 이때 전방슬라이드가드레일과 후방슬라이드가드레일이 각각 볼트에 걸려 절개안내홈을 따라 찢어지면서 충격을 흡수하고 마찰력을 발생시켜 완충 효과를 얻어 탑승자의 안전을 확보하고 차량과 도로시설물의 파손을 최소화할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
