INORGANIC BINDER COMPOSITIONS AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING IT
The present invention relates to an inorganic binder composition for manufacturing architectural boards and a manufacturing method of the composition and, more specifically to an inorganic binder composition for manufacturing architectural boards capable of manufacturing an architectural board which is nonflammable and is safe from fire, has excellent water resistance, adhesiveness, and intensity, and is strong at humidity, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The inorganic binder for architectural boards may include: 50-80 wt% of silicic acid; 5-15 wt% of slaked lime or a calcium solution; 4-15 wt% of a boric acid solution or a phosphoric acid solution; 3-15 wt% of power type silica; and 5-25 wt% of liquid type silica sol.
본 발명은 건축용 보드 제조용 무기질 바인더 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 불연성이며 내수성이 우수하고, 접착강도가 우수하여, 불연성으로 화제에 안전하고 강도가 우수하며 습기에 강한 건축용 보드를 제조할 수 있는 건축용 보드 제조용 무기질 바인더 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서는 바인더 총량에 대하여 규산 50~80중량부, 소석회 또는 칼슘수용액 5~15중량부, 붕산 수용액 또는 인산수용액 4~15중량부, 분말상의 실리카 3~15중량부 및 액상의 실리카졸 5~25중량부를 포함하여 이루어지는 건축용 보드 제조용 무기질 바인더 및 이의 제조방법이 개시된다.
