SNOW PLOW APPARATUS WITH TILTING FUNCTION FOR SHOVEL
The present invention provides a snow plow with an improved tilting function of a shovel, capable of reducing a number of components by simplifying a connection structure of a shovel, preventing damage to the shovel by supporting the shovel to be movable, and easily supplying a lubricant to induce the movement of the shovel. The snow plow comprises: a main body having a first connection part mounted on a vehicle body of a vehicle, a mounting part in which a driving motor is installed, and a second connection part; a main connection frame installed in the second connection part to be rotated in a specific direction; an auxiliary connection frame installed in the second connection part to be rotated in the specific direction and arranged to maintain a gap to the main connection frame; a connection bracket installed in the main connection frame and the auxiliary connection frame to be rotated in the specific direction and a direction perpendicular to the specific direction; a rotary panel installed in the connection bracket to be moved; an elastic connection member installed in the rotary panel and formed of an elastic material; a shovel connected to the elastic connection member and pushing snow laid on a road to the outside of the road; a first cylinder installed between the main body and the main connection frame and rotating the main connection frame in the specific direction; a second cylinder installed between the main body and the connection bracket and rotating the connection bracket in the direction perpendicular to the specific direction; and a lubricant injection part having a passage formed in the gap between the rotary panel and the connection bracket to inject a lubricant.
본 발명은, 차량의 차체에 장착되는 제1연결부가 구비되고, 구동모터가 설치되는 안착부가 구비되며, 제2연결부가 구비되는 본체; 상기 제2연결부에 일측 방향으로 회전 가능하게 설치되는 주동연결프레임; 상기 제2연결부에 일측 방향으로 회전 가능하게 설치되고, 상기 주동연결프레임과 간격을 유지하도록 배치되는 보조연결프레임; 상기 주동연결프레임과 상기 보조연결프레임에 일측 방향 및 일측 방향과 직교되는 방향으로 회전 가능하게 설치되는 연결브래킷; 상기 연결브래킷에 유동 가능하게 설치되는 회전패널; 상기 회전패널에 설치되고, 탄성재질을 포함하여 이루어지는 탄성연결부재; 상기 탄성연결부재에 연결되고, 도로에 쌓인 눈을 도로 외측으로 밀어내는 삽날; 상기 본체와 상기 주동연결플레임 사이에 설치되고, 상기 주동연결플레임을 일측 방향으로 회전시키는 제1실린더; 상기 본체와 상기 연결브래킷 사이에 설치되고, 상기 연결브래킷을 일측 방향과 직교되는 방향으로 회전시키는 제2실린더; 및 상기 회전패널과 상기 연결브래킷 사이의 간격으로 윤활제를 주입하는 유로를 구비하여 윤활제주입부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention provides a snow plow with an improved tilting function of a shovel, capable of reducing a number of components by simplifying a connection structure of a shovel, preventing damage to the shovel by supporting the shovel to be movable, and easily supplying a lubricant to induce the movement of the shovel.
