CERAMIC COMPOSITION, CERAMIC SINTER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a ceramic composition and a method for producing a ceramic sintered body. The ceramic composition includes aluminum nitride-yttrium oxide powder, a dispersant, and a solvent. The dispersant and the solvent can be included in a specific condition. The ceramic sintered body, formed by using a sintered product of the ceramic composition of the present invention, has high uniformity, high thermal conductivity, and low thermal conductivity and thus can be applied to various application fields.
본 발명은 세라믹 조성물 및 세라믹 소결체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 세라믹 조성물은 질화 알루미늄-산화 이트륨 파우더, 분산제, 및 용매를 포함하며, 상기 분산제와 용매는 특정 조건으로 포함될 수 있으며, 본 발명에 따른 세라믹 조성물의 소결물로 형성된 세라믹 소결체는 높은 균일성을 가지며, 높은 열전도성 및 낮은 열전도성을 나타내어, 다양한 응용분야에 적용할 수 있다.
