METHOD FOR PREPARING BLACK ALUMINA
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing black alumina. More specifically, the method for manufacturing black alumina comprises the following steps: making slurry by wet mixing Al_2O_3 as a starting material, any one or more components selected among TiO_2, Fe_2O_3, MnO_2, and TiC as a coloring agent, and MgO as a sintering aid; and sintering the slurry by drying and shaping the same. According to the present invention, a sintered body, which is effective in expression and maintenance of a black color and is compact, can be obtained, and an alumina sintered body having excellent properties such as sintered density, reflectance, color, insulation resistance (room temperature), bending strength, coefficient of expansion, and the like can be manufactured.
본 발명은 블랙 알루미나의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 출발원료인 AlO; 착색제로 TiO, FeO, MnO및 TiC 중 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 성분; 및 소결조제로 MgO를 습식 혼합하여 슬러리를 제조하는 단계; 및 상기 슬러리를 건조하고 성형하여 소결하는 단계를 포함하는 블랙 알루미나의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 블랙 색상의 발현, 유지에 효과적이면서, 치밀한 소결체를 얻을 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 소결밀도, 반사율, 색상, 절연저항(상온), 꺽임강도, 열팽창계수 등의 물성이 우수한 알루미나 소결체를 제조할 수 있다.
