METHOD FOR REINFORCING SLOPE FOR VEGETATION
The present invention relates to a method for reinforcing an inclined plane for vegetation comprising: a foundation ground construction step of strengthening a foundation ground by cutting a part of an inclined plane; a concrete construction step of forming a concrete layer; a felt construction step of covering with long fiber felt; a first ground cement construction step that the ground cement is strengthened and stacked to a predetermined height; a geogrid construction step of covering the upper side of the ground cement with geogrid; a grid stiffened frame installation step of installing a rhomb net of a PVC material on the front side of a grid stiffened frame plated with molten zinc (Zn) and installing the lower side of the grid stiffened frame to be overlapped and combined with one side of the geogrid; a rebar anchor installation step of fixating the other side of the geogrid with a rebar anchor; a perforated drainpipe installation step of installing multiple perforated drainpipes toward an inclined plane; a second ground cement construction step of filling around the perforated drainpipe with the ground cement and strengthening the same; and a soil banking step of stacking and strengthening a mixture in which 70-90 w% of soil and 10-30 w% of zeolite are mixed. The present invention is eco-friendly since rebar is plated and the soil is not contaminated after using a PVC coating net instead of EX metal and plants rooted on the inclined plane are not withered. Moreover, the present invention can prevent secondary damage by earth pressure during torrential downpours by connecting one end of the geogrid to the grid stiffened frame and fixating the other end of the geogrid with the rebar anchor and can save costs by using low-priced perforated drainpipes rather than drainage blocks.
본 발명은 식생 경사면 보강방법에 관한 것이고, 경사면의 일부를 절토하여 기초지반을 다지는 기초지반 시공단계와; 콘크리트층을 형성하는 콘크리트 시공단계; 장섬유부직포를 덮는 부직포 시공단계; 지반고화재가 정해진 높이만큼 쌓아 다져지는 제1지반고화재 시공단계; 지오그리드로 덮는 지오그리드 시공단계와; 용융아연(Zn)도금한 격자보강틀의 전면에 PVC 재질의 능형망을 설치하고, 상기 격자보강틀의 하부가 상기 지오그리드 일측과 겹쳐져서 결속되게 설치하는 격자보강틀 설치단계; 상기 지오그리드의 타측을 철근앵커로 고정하는 철근앵커 설치단계; 다수개의 유공관을 경사면을 향하여 설치하는 유공관 설치단계; 상기 유공관의 주위를 지반고화재로 채워 다지는 제2지반고화재 시공단계; 상기 격자보강틀로부터 토사 70 ∼ 90중량%와 제오라이트 10 ∼ 30중량%가 혼합된 혼합물을 쌓아 다지는 토사성토단계;로 이루어진다. 본 발명은 철근에 도금처리하고 EX메탈대신 PVC코팅망을 사용하여 토사를 오염시키지 않으므로 경사면에 뿌리내린 식물들이 고사하지 않아 친환경적이며, 지오그리드의 일단을 격자보강틀과 연결하고 타단을 철근앵커로 고정하여 집중폭우시 토압으로 인한 2차피해를 예방할 수 있고, 배수블럭보다 저렴한 유공관을 사용함으로써 비용절감을 꾀할 수 있다.
