SIMULTANEOUS MULTI-STAGE PRESSURE GROUTING APPARATUS AND ITS METHOD
The present invention relates to a static pressure concurrent injection multi-stage pressure type grouting apparatus and a method using the same, which divide the regular scope of improvement object areas having different permeation injection conditions to allow the easy and close permeation of a solidification material in the regular scope of the object ground by a permeation injection of the solidification material, and uniformly inject the solidification material through permeation at uniform pressure while isolating each of the areas. The static pressure concurrent injection multi-stage pressure type grouting apparatus comprises: a reinforcement material having a supply path of a liquefied grout and a structural section force of a ground structural member, wherein an external diameter thereof is large; a packer mounting part reinforcement material having a plurality of liquefied grout inlets, of which an external diameter of a cross section is smaller than that of the reinforcement material but the structural force is equal to or higher than that of the reinforcement material, and acting as a path for the supply and indentation of the liquefied grout into a packer, wherein a packer member is mounted on the outer circumference of the packer mounting part reinforcement material; and a packer mounting part reinforcement material connecting tube to complete an integrated multi-stage pressure type grouting apparatus by connecting the reinforcement material and the packer mounting part reinforcement material, having a structure capable of sealing and fixing the opposite ends of the packer, a backflow prevention unit mounted in the structure, and a plurality of liquefied grout outlets capable of discharging the liquefied grout from the inside of the packer to the ground.
본 발명은 고화재의 침투주입에 의해 개량 또는 보강하고자 하는 대상지반 내의 일정범위에 고화재의 침투가 용이하고 치밀할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 서로 침투주입조건이 상이한 개량대상구역의 일정범위를 분할하여 각각의 구역을 격리시킨 상태에서 고화재를 균질한 압력으로 고르게 침투주입시키는 정압 동시주입 다단가압식 그라우팅 장치 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 액상그라우트의 공급통로와 지반구조재로서의 구조적 단면력을 가지는 외경이 큰 보강재와, 단면의 외경은 보강재보다 작으나 보강재와 동등 이상의 구조적 단면력을 가지며 액상그라우트의 공급통로이면서 패커내부로 액상그라우트를 압입시키는 액상그라우트 유입구가 다수 개 장치되어 있으며 그 외주면에 패커부재가 장착되는 패커장착부 보강재와,보강재와 패커장착부 보강재를 연결시켜 일체화된 다단가압식 그라우팅 장치를 완성시키며 패커의 양단을 밀폐고정시킬 수 있는 구조와 그 내부에 역류방지장치가 장착되고 패커 내부로부터 액상그라우트가 지반에 분출될 수 있는 액상그라우트 분출구가 다수 개 장치된 패커장착부 보강재 연결관의 조합으로 이루어진다.

The present invention relates to a static pressure concurrent injection multi-stage pressure type grouting apparatus and a method using the same, which divide the regular scope of improvement object areas having different permeation injection conditions to allow the easy and close permeation of a solidification material in the regular scope of the object ground by a permeation injection of the solidification material, and uniformly inject the solidification material through permeation at uniform pressure while isolating each of the areas. The static pressure concurrent injection multi-stage pressure type grouting apparatus comprises: a reinforcement material having a supply path of a liquefied grout and a structural section force of a ground structural member, wherein an external diameter thereof is large; a packer mounting part reinforcement material having a plurality of liquefied grout inlets, of which an external diameter of a cross section is smaller than that of the reinforcement material but the structural force is equal to or higher than that of the reinforcement material, and acting as a path for the supply and indentation of the liquefied grout into a packer, wherein a packer member is mounted on the outer circumference of the packer mounting part reinforcement material; and a packer mounting part reinforcement material connecting tube to complete an integrated multi-stage pressure type grouting apparatus by connecting the reinforcement material and the packer mounting part reinforcement material, having a structure capable of sealing and fixing the opposite ends of the packer, a backflow prevention unit mounted in the structure, and a plurality of liquefied grout outlets capable of discharging the liquefied grout from the inside of the packer to the ground.
본 발명은 고화재의 침투주입에 의해 개량 또는 보강하고자 하는 대상지반 내의 일정범위에 고화재의 침투가 용이하고 치밀할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 서로 침투주입조건이 상이한 개량대상구역의 일정범위를 분할하여 각각의 구역을 격리시킨 상태에서 고화재를 균질한 압력으로 고르게 침투주입시키는 정압 동시주입 다단가압식 그라우팅 장치 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 액상그라우트의 공급통로와 지반구조재로서의 구조적 단면력을 가지는 외경이 큰 보강재와, 단면의 외경은 보강재보다 작으나 보강재와 동등 이상의 구조적 단면력을 가지며 액상그라우트의 공급통로이면서 패커내부로 액상그라우트를 압입시키는 액상그라우트 유입구가 다수 개 장치되어 있으며 그 외주면에 패커부재가 장착되는 패커장착부 보강재와,보강재와 패커장착부 보강재를 연결시켜 일체화된 다단가압식 그라우팅 장치를 완성시키며 패커의 양단을 밀폐고정시킬 수 있는 구조와 그 내부에 역류방지장치가 장착되고 패커 내부로부터 액상그라우트가 지반에 분출될 수 있는 액상그라우트 분출구가 다수 개 장치된 패커장착부 보강재 연결관의 조합으로 이루어진다.
