HYDRAULIC BREAKER HAVING COOLING MODULE
The present invention provides a hydraulic breaker capable of improving work efficiency by having a cooling module. The hydraulic breaker comprises: a cylinder unit; a piston unit mounted on a cylinder unit, moving in a longitudinal direction of the cylinder unit; a valve assembly including a first oil inflow unit and a first oil discharge unit, and installed in the cylinder unit; a front head installed in one end of the piston unit; a chisel installed in one end of the front head, performing a hammering operation in accordance to the operation of the piston; and a cooling module installed in the cylinder unit including a second oil inflow unit and a second oil discharge unit.
본 발명은 자체 냉각모듈이 구비되어 작업효율이 향상되도록 하는 유압브레이커를 제공하고자 한 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명은 실린더부와, 상기 실린더부에 장착되어 상기 실린더부의 길이방향을 따라 이동하는 피스톤부와, 제1오일유입부와 제1오일배출부를 포함하며 상기 실린더부에 구비되는 밸브어셈블리와, 상기 피스톤부의 일단부에 구비되는 프론트헤드와, 상기 프론트헤드의 일단부에 구비되며 상기 피스톤의 작동에 따라 타격작업을 수행하는 치즐 및 상기 실린더부에 구비되되 제2오일유입부와 제2오일배출부가 구비된 냉각모듈을 포함하는 냉각모듈이 구비된 유압브레이커를 제공한다.
