ECO-MORTARS COMPOSITION USNIG NON-FIRING BINDER
The present invention relates to a gypsum based eco-friendly mortar composition using a non-plasticized binder, which uses the non-plasticized binder such as ground granulated blast furnace slag, fly ash and alpha-hemihydrate gypsum generated as an industrial byproduct to reduce an environmental load and uses PET fiber to enhance durability when hardened. The present invention provides the gypsum based eco-friendly mortar composition using the non-plasticized binder having a characteristic of mixing 50-100 g of normal portland cement; 400-450 g of ground granulated blast furnace slag; 30-35 g of natural anhydrite; 50-55 g of alpha-hemihydrate gypsum; 30-35 g of an inflating agent; 30-35 g of an alkali irritant; and 290-410 g of fine aggregate based on 1000 g of a unit material.
본 발명은 산업부산물로 발생하는 고로슬래그 미분말, 플라이애시 및 알파 반수석고 등의 비소성 결합재를 활용하여 환경부하가 저감되고, PET섬유를 사용함으로써 경화시의 내구성이 향상될 수 있는 비소성 결합재를 활용한 석고계 친환경 모르타르 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 「단위재료 1000g 기준으로, 보통포틀랜드시멘트 50~100g; 고로슬래그 미분말 400~450g; 천연무수석고 30~35g; 알파반수석고 50~55g; 팽창제 30~35g; 알칼리자극제 30~35g; 및 잔골재 290~410g; 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 비소성 결합재를 활용한 석고계 친환경 모르타르 조성물」을 제공한다.
