LAND-MOUNTED FLAP GATE
The present invention provides a land-mounted flap-gate where a plurality of door bodies (13) are arranged in series, the door bodies having front ends performing an erection/falling movement based on the rear ends as base points (13a). One end of a rope (14) is attached to the rear end of each door body (13) and the other end of the rope (14) is attached to a counter weight (17). Fixed pulleys (16a, 16b) are installed on the lower side of the rear end of the door body (13) to guide the rope (14). The counterweight (17) is located at the lowest point while the door body (13) is erected or laid. The fixed pulleys (16a, 16b) support an erection/falling movement of the door body (13) when the door body (13) starts to be erected or laid and function as resistance against the erection/falling movement before the door body (13) is completely erected or laid. A waterproof film (20) to seal parts between the adjacent bodies (13) has a trapezoid-shape with the width becoming larger from the rear end of the door body (13) toward the front end. The land-mounted flap-gate can be constructed to any length. Furthermore, floating caused by the erection movement can be checked only by the counterweight to checking the float, which is installed on the rear end of the door body. Therefore, when the floating caused by starting the election movement is checked, or the erection/falling movement is checked, removal of the waterproof film sealing the parts between the door bodies is unnecessary.
(과제) 기립시작의 부상확인이나 도복상태와 기립상태간의 동작확인의 검사시에, 도어체간을 밀봉하는 방수막의 제거가 불필요하다. (해결수단) 후단측을 지점(13a)으로 하여 선단측이 기립도복운동 하는 복수의 도어체(13)를 일렬로 배열하여 연결한 육상형 플랩 게이트(11)이다. 로프(14)의 일단을 도어체(13)의 후단부에, 타단을 카운터 웨이트(17)에 부착한다. 도어체(13)의 기립 또는 도복 도중에 카운터 웨이트(17)가 최하점이 되고, 기립 또는 도복 시작시에는 기립 또는 도복을 보조하는 한편 기립 또는 도복의 완료 이전에는 기립 또는 도복의 저항으로서 작용하도록, 도어체(13)의 후단측 하방에 로프(14)를 안내하는 고정활차(16a, 16b)를 설치한다. 인접하는 도어체(13) 사이를 수밀상으로 밀봉하는 방수막(20)을, 도어체(13)의 후단측으로부터 선단측을 향하여 폭이 점차 확대되는 사다리꼴 모양으로 한다. (효과) 경간의 장단에 의하지 않고 구축이 가능하고, 도어체 후단부에 부상확인 점검용 웨이트를 매다는 것만으로 기립시작의 부상을 확인할 수 있다.
