PRECAST AQUEDUCT USING ALCALI ACTIVE CONCRETE AND MAKING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a precast aqueduct manufactured by using alkali-activated concrete. The alkali active-activated is produced by mixing 200-350 parts by weight of a coarse aggregate, 180-300 parts by weight of a fine aggregate, 35-48 parts by weight of mixed water, and 0.3-2.0 parts by weight of a mixing agent with respect to 100 parts by weight of an alkali-activated binder. The alkali-activated binder comprises 40-65 wt% of steel slag micropowder, 10-25 wt% of high calcium ash, 3-8 wt% of desulfurized gypsum powder, 7-13 wt% of quicklime, 3-7 wt% of slaked lime, 10-15 wt% of Portland cement, 0.1-0.5 wt% of a thickening agent, and 0.1-5.0 wt% of an expansion agent.
본 발명은, 철강슬래그 미분말 40~65중량%, 고칼슘 애시 10~25중량%, 탈황석고분말 3~8중량%, 생석회 7~13중량%, 소석회 3~7중량%, 포틀랜드 시멘트 10~15중량%, 증점제 0.1~0.5중량%, 팽창제 0.1~5.0중량% 포함하여 이루어지는 알칼리 활성 바인더 100중량부에 대하여, 굵은 골재 200~350중량부와, 잔골재 180~300중량부와, 혼합수 35~48중량부와, 혼화제 0.3~2.0중량부가 혼합되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
