ASPHALT CONCRETE COMPOSITION FOR ROAD REPAIR
The present invention relates to an ascon composition wherein when manufacturing an ascon in real time at a road repair work site, an asphalt and aggregates are evenly mixed even in a short period of time, an asphalt is evenly coated on a surface of aggregates and thereby it becomes possible to prevent a decline in a bonding force among aggregates. The ascon composition comprises: aggregates and an asphalt wherein the aggregates mean asphalt-coated aggregates coated with an asphalt, which are manufactured by coating aggregates used in the pavement of a road with an asphalt melt solution and then drying thereof and wherein the asphalt means an asphalt solid which is heated and melted by an ascon manufacture heating apparatus and then mixed with the asphalt-coated aggregates and thereby which becomes capable of making the asphalt-coated aggregates to be bonded with each other.
본 발명은 도로 보수 공사 현장에서 실시간으로 아스콘을 제조할 때, 짧은 시간에도 아스팔트와 골재가 고르게 혼합되어 골재의 표면에 아스팔트가 고르게 묻어 골재들 사이의 결합력이 떨어지는 것을 방지할 수 있게 한 아스콘 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 도로 포장에 사용되는 골재에 아스팔트용융액을 도포한 후, 건조시켜 만들어진 아스팔트가 코팅된 아스팔트코팅골재와, 상기 아스팔트는 아스콘 제조 가열장치에 의해 가열 및 용융되고, 상기 아스팔트코팅골재에 혼합되어 아스팔트코팅골재가 서로 결합되게 하는 아스팔트고형물로 이루어진 것이다.
