RESIN CUTTER FOR EMBEDDED RAIL TRACK
The present invention relates to a cutter capable of efficiently cutting a fixing resin in which a rail is burred on a railway track in which a rail on which wheels of a train runs is buried in the fixing resin while moving in an extension direction of the rail, that is, in a train running direction, when requidation and maintenance of the rail is required. In the present invention, the cutter includes: a pair of supporting bracket (3); a blade supporting shaft (4) arranged to transverse a gap between the supporting brackets (3); a circular cutting blade (5) coupled to the blade supporting shaft (4), arranged between the supporting brackets (3), and cutting the fixing resin (210) by rotating; a guide wheel (6) positioned to be parallel to the cutting blade (5) on an outside of the supporting bracket (3) and moving along a concave groove of the rail (100) while rotating; a supporting member (7) positioned to be parallel to the cutting blade (5) on an outside of the supporting bracket (3) and moving the rail (100) while being attached to an upper surface of the rail; and a wheel supporting shaft (8) provided on outer sides of the supporting brackets (3) to support the guide wheel (6) and the supporting member (7). The cutter can cut the fixing resin (310) with a cutting blade (5) while the supporting member (7) is attached to a surface of the rail (100) and the guide wheel (6) moves along a concave groove (110) formed on the rail.
본 발명은 철도차량의 바퀴가 주행하는 레일이 고정수지(resin)에 매립되어 있는 형태의 매립형 철도궤도에서, 레일의 철거 또는 유지 보수가 필요한 경우, 레일의 연장방향 즉, 열차 주행방향으로 진행하면서 레일이 매립되어 있는 고정수지를 효율적으로 절단할 수 있는 절단장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 한 쌍의 지지브래킷(3); 한 쌍의 지지브래킷(3) 사이의 간격을 가로질러 배치되는 블레이드 지지축(4); 블레이드 지지축(4)에 결합되고 한 쌍의 지지브래킷(3) 사이에 배치되어 회전하면서 고정수지(210)를 절단하게 되는 원형의 절단 블레이드(5); 지지브래킷(3)의 외측에서 절단 블레이드(5)와 평행하게 위치하여 회전하면서 레일(100)의 오목 홈을 따라 이동하는 가이드 휠(6); 지지브래킷(3)의 외측에서 절단 블레이드(5)와 평행하게 위치하여 레일(100)의 상면에 밀착한 채로 레일(100)을 따라 이동하는 받침부재(7); 및 지지브래킷(3)에 외측에 구비되고 가이드 휠(6)과 받침부재(7)를 지지하는 휠 지지축(8)을 포함하여 구성되어, 받침부재(7)가 레일(100)의 표면에 밀착되어 있고 가이드 휠(6)이 레일(100)에 형성된 오목홈(110)을 따라 움직이면서 고정수지(210)를 절단 블레이드(5)가 절단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레일고정수지 절단장치가 제공된다.

The present invention relates to a cutter capable of efficiently cutting a fixing resin in which a rail is burred on a railway track in which a rail on which wheels of a train runs is buried in the fixing resin while moving in an extension direction of the rail, that is, in a train running direction, when requidation and maintenance of the rail is required.
