REPAIRING METHOD OF CONCRETE STRUCTURES USING EPOXY PUTTY AND ELASTOMERIC EPOXY
The present invention relates to a method for repairing a cross section of an exposed part and a part with coating shortage of a reinforced bar using epoxy putty and elastomeric epoxy and, more specifically, to a method for repairing a cross section of an exposed part and a part with coating shortage of a reinforced bar using epoxy putty and elastomeric epoxy to prevent fine cracks and corrosion caused by the coating shortage of a reinforced bar by applying epoxy putty and elastomeric epoxy to a part with coating shortage and an exposed part of the reinforced bar. The method for repairing a cross section of an exposed part and a part with coating shortage of a reinforced bar using epoxy putty and elastomeric epoxy includes: a surface treatment step of washing an exposed part of the reinforced bar and a part with coating shortage thereof caused by the deterioration of concrete along with the deteriorated concrete; a rust preventative treatment step of preventing rust by removing rust from the part with coating shortage and the exposed part; a cross section recovery step of applying an epoxy putty composite to the part with coating shortage and the exposed part along with the deteriorated concrete after the rust preventative treatment; and a finishing treatment step of applying the epoxy putty composite to the surface of the applied epoxy putty composite.
본 발명은 에폭시퍼티와 탄성에폭시를 이용한 철근 피복부족 및 노출부의 단면보수공법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 철근 피복부족 및 노출부에 에폭시퍼티와 탄성에폭시를 이용함으로써 철근 피복부족의 미세균열과 부식을 방지할 수 있는 에폭시퍼티와 탄성에폭시를 이용한 철근 피복부족 및 노출부의 단면보수공법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 콘크리트의 열화로 인한 철근 피복부족 및 노출부를 상기 열화된 콘크리트와 함께 세정하는 표면처리단계; 상기 철근 피복부족 및 노출부의 녹을 제거하여 방청하는 방청처리단계; 상기 방청된 철근 피복부족 및 노출부를 상기 열화된 콘크리트와 함께 에폭시퍼티 조성물을 도포하는 단면복구단계; 및 상기 도포된 에폭시퍼티 조성물의 표면에 탄성에폭시 조성물을 도포하는 마감처리단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시퍼티와 탄성에폭시를 이용한 철근 피복부족 및 노출부의 단면보수공법을 기술적 요지로 한다.
