APPARATUS FOR FIXING CABLE
The present invention relates to an apparatus for fixing a cable capable of separating a wedge for pressing and fixing a cable inside a fixing apparatus from a cable and freely performing adjustment of a cable by having extra cables in the rear of the fixing apparatus at the same time, and replacing only a target cable when a cable is replaced. The apparatus for fixing a cable comprises: a wedge including multiple pressing pieces for pressing the outer circumferential surface of a cable; a housing into which the wedge is inserted, having an inclined taper hole for supplying applied pressure to the pressing pieces to allow the pressing pieces to be engaged with the cable when the wedge is inserted in one side, having a moving space which is opened in the other side, and having a connection path connected with each other between the taper hole and the moving space; a releasing cylinder combined with one side of the housing facing the inserted wedge, and having a slider for pushing and separating the wedge inserted into the taper hole of the housing from the taper hole while being moved by supplying hydraulic pressure/pneumatic pressure; and an elasticity cap combined with one side of the housing, having an accommodating space for accommodating the rear of the wedge inward, and having a first elastic member for applying elasticity in the direction of inserting to maintain the initial insertion state when the taper hole of the wedge is inserted in the accommodating space.
본 발명은 정착장치 내부에서 케이블을 가압하여 고정시키는 웨지가 케이블과 분리될 수 있도록 함과 동시에 정착장치의 후방으로 여분의 케이블이 구비될 수 있도록 하여 케이블의 조절이 자유롭게 이루어지도록 하고, 케이블 교체시 대상 케이블만 교체될 수 있도록 하는 케이블 정착장치에 관한 것으로서, 케이블의 외주면을 가압하는 복수개의 가압편으로 이루어진 웨지; 상기 웨지가 삽입되며, 일측에는 상기 웨지가 삽입될 때 상기 가압편들이 상기 케이블을 맞물도록 상기 가압편들에 가압력을 제공하는 경사진 테이퍼공이 형성되고, 타측에는 개구된 이동공간이 형성되며, 상기 테이퍼공과 상기 이동공간 사이에는 서로 연통하는 연결로가 형성된 하우징; 삽입된 상기 웨지와 마주하는 상기 하우징의 일측으로 결합되며, 유압/공압의 공급에 의해 이동하면서 상기 하우징의 상기 테이퍼공에 삽입된 상기 웨지를 밀어 상기 테이퍼공으로부터 분리시키는 슬라이더가 구비된 해제실린더; 및 상기 하우징의 일측으로 결합되며, 내측으로 상기 웨지의 후단이 수용되는 수용공간이 형성되고, 상기 수용공간에는 상기 웨지의 상기 테이퍼공 삽입시 초기 삽입상태가 유지되도록 삽입방향으로 탄성을 부여하는 제1탄성부재가 구비된 탄성캡;을 포함하여 구성된다.
APPARATUS FOR FIXING CABLE
The present invention relates to an apparatus for fixing a cable capable of separating a wedge for pressing and fixing a cable inside a fixing apparatus from a cable and freely performing adjustment of a cable by having extra cables in the rear of the fixing apparatus at the same time, and replacing only a target cable when a cable is replaced. The apparatus for fixing a cable comprises: a wedge including multiple pressing pieces for pressing the outer circumferential surface of a cable; a housing into which the wedge is inserted, having an inclined taper hole for supplying applied pressure to the pressing pieces to allow the pressing pieces to be engaged with the cable when the wedge is inserted in one side, having a moving space which is opened in the other side, and having a connection path connected with each other between the taper hole and the moving space; a releasing cylinder combined with one side of the housing facing the inserted wedge, and having a slider for pushing and separating the wedge inserted into the taper hole of the housing from the taper hole while being moved by supplying hydraulic pressure/pneumatic pressure; and an elasticity cap combined with one side of the housing, having an accommodating space for accommodating the rear of the wedge inward, and having a first elastic member for applying elasticity in the direction of inserting to maintain the initial insertion state when the taper hole of the wedge is inserted in the accommodating space.
본 발명은 정착장치 내부에서 케이블을 가압하여 고정시키는 웨지가 케이블과 분리될 수 있도록 함과 동시에 정착장치의 후방으로 여분의 케이블이 구비될 수 있도록 하여 케이블의 조절이 자유롭게 이루어지도록 하고, 케이블 교체시 대상 케이블만 교체될 수 있도록 하는 케이블 정착장치에 관한 것으로서, 케이블의 외주면을 가압하는 복수개의 가압편으로 이루어진 웨지; 상기 웨지가 삽입되며, 일측에는 상기 웨지가 삽입될 때 상기 가압편들이 상기 케이블을 맞물도록 상기 가압편들에 가압력을 제공하는 경사진 테이퍼공이 형성되고, 타측에는 개구된 이동공간이 형성되며, 상기 테이퍼공과 상기 이동공간 사이에는 서로 연통하는 연결로가 형성된 하우징; 삽입된 상기 웨지와 마주하는 상기 하우징의 일측으로 결합되며, 유압/공압의 공급에 의해 이동하면서 상기 하우징의 상기 테이퍼공에 삽입된 상기 웨지를 밀어 상기 테이퍼공으로부터 분리시키는 슬라이더가 구비된 해제실린더; 및 상기 하우징의 일측으로 결합되며, 내측으로 상기 웨지의 후단이 수용되는 수용공간이 형성되고, 상기 수용공간에는 상기 웨지의 상기 테이퍼공 삽입시 초기 삽입상태가 유지되도록 삽입방향으로 탄성을 부여하는 제1탄성부재가 구비된 탄성캡;을 포함하여 구성된다.
