COMPOSITION OF FLUORINE CONTAINING URETHANE/ACRYLIC WATER REPELLENT AND WATERPROOF
The present invention relates to a composition for a fluorinated urethane/acrylic water repellent and waterproof agent and, more specifically, to a composition for a fluorinated urethane/acrylic water repellent and waterproof agent. An acrylic emulsion can be produced by mixing water, a surfactant, a pH regulator, and an initiator along with an acrylic monomer comprised of a general hydrophobic acrylic monomer and perfluoroalkyl acrylate, and the composition for the fluorine group-containing fluorinated urethane/acrylic water-repellent and waterproof agent is produced by mixing the acrylic emulsion and urethane. The composition of the present invention fills apertures by infiltrating into a surface of an inorganic material used as a construction materials such as concrete, marble, and stone. The composition also has water-repellent and waterproof functions by forming a film on the surface.
본 발명은 불소 우레탄/아크릴계 발·방수제 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 일반 소수성 아크릴 단량체와 퍼플루오로알킬 아크릴레이트로 이루어진 아크릴 아크릴 단량체에 물, 계면활성제, pH 조절제 및 개시제를 혼합하여 아크릴 에멀젼을 구성하고, 여기에 우레탄을 혼합하여 분자 내 불소기를 포함하는 불소 우레탄/아크릴계 발·방수제 조성물을 제조함으로써, 콘크리트, 대리석, 석재 등과 같은 건축자재로 사용되는 무기 재료표면에서 내부로 침투하여 그 공극을 채우고 동시에 표면에 막을 형성하여 발수와 방수기능을 동시에 갖도록 하는 불소 우레탄/아크릴계 발·방수제 조성물에 관한 것이다.
