FOOD WASTE DISPOSAL DEVICE
Disclosed is a food waste treating apparatus comprising: a device body formed in a lower part of a discharge hole of a sink, and having a sewage discharge hole for discharging sewage remaining after treating waste; a waste pulverizing device including a pulverizing unit coupled with the device body and connected to the discharge hole of the sink to pulverize fed food waste, and a conversion valve unit for separately discharging pulverized waste and detergent and washing material that are fed without waste through different discharge holes; a waste treating unit formed in the device body, and having a plurality of treating tanks formed to sequentially decompose waste pulverized and transferred from the waste pulverizing device by using microorganisms; a filtering unit formed in the device body to filter fine particles from the treatment water treated and moved from the waste treating unit and the detergent and washing material directly discharged from the waste pulverizing device to be discharged through the sewage discharge hole; an agitating unit formed in each of the waste treating tanks to agitate a microorganism house and waste, the microorganism house having microorganisms inhabiting to decompose waste; and a control unit for controlling operation of the conversion valve unit according to operation of the pulverizing unit, and controlling operation of the agitating unit.
개수대의 배수구 하부에 설치되며 오물을 처리하고 남은 오수가 배출되는 오수 배출구를 가지는 장치 본체, 장치 본체에 결합되며 개수대의 배수구에 연결되어 유입되는 음식물 찌꺼기를 분쇄하는 분쇄유닛과 분쇄된 오물과 오물 없이 유입된 세제 및 세척물을 서로 다른 배출구로 구분하여 배출하는 전환밸브유닛을 가지는 오물 분쇄기와, 장치 본체 내에 설치되어 오물 분쇄기에서 분쇄된 오물을 전달받아 미생물을 이용하여 순차적으로 분해하는 복수의 오물 처리조를 가지는 오물 처리유닛과, 장치 본체 내에 설치되어 오물 처리유닛에서 처리된 뒤 이동되는 처리수와 오물 분쇄기에서 직접 배출되는 세제 및 세척물에 포함된 미세입자를 걸러내어 오수 배출구로 내보내는 걸름부와, 복수의 오물 처리조 각각에 설치되어 오물을 분해하기 위한 미생물이 기생하는 미생물 집과 오물을 교반하기 위한 교반유닛 및, 분쇄유닛의 구동에 따라 전환밸브유닛의 구동을 제어하며 교반유닛의 구동을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물쓰레기 처리장치가 게시된다.
