TILE COMPOSITION USING FORESHORE AND TILE FOR SALTPAN FLOOR BOARD USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a tile composition using mud flat. The tile composition comprises mud flat and 30 parts by weight of an admixture with respect to 100 parts by weight of the mud flat. The admixture, with respect to 100 parts by weight of the mud flat, is produced by mixing 8-9 parts by weight of sand, 5 parts by weight of coal, 15 parts by weight of unsaturated polyester liquid resin, and 1-2 parts by weight of organic peroxide. Moreover, the tile composition according to the present invention comprises: a body unit for feeding a tile composition in a mold frame, and formed in a three-dimensional shape with a flat upper side in a tile for a mud flat floor produced through a curing process; a fixing unit forming a slope in a downward direction in an edge of the body unit, and protruding and extending in a toenail shape; and a reinforcing unit formed in a lower side of the body unit to protrude with horizontal lines with respect to the center of each side as both ends.
본 발명은 갯벌과 상기 갯벌 100중량부 대비 혼화재 30중량부를 이용하여 조성되되, 상기 혼화재는 상기 갯벌 100중량부 대비 모래 8~9중량부, 석탄 5중량부, 불포화 폴리에스테르 액상수지 15중량부 및 유기과산화물 1~2중량부가 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 갯벌을 이용한 타일 조성물에 관한 것이다. 또한 본 발명은 타일 조성물을 형틀에 주입한 후 양생과정을 거쳐 제작되는 염전바닥용 타일에서, 상변이 평평한 형태의 입체 형상으로 구성되는 몸체부; 상기 몸체부의 가장자리에 하부방향으로 경사를 이루며 발톱형태로 돌출연장되는 고정부; 및, 상기 몸체부의 하부로 각 변의 중심과의 동일선상을 양단으로 하여 돌출되게 설치되는 보강부;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
