ARTIFICIAL LIGHT-WEIGHT AGGREGATES MADE OF CERAMIC OXIDES TO PREVENT STICKING PHENOMENON
Disclosed is artificial lightweight aggregates capable of preventing fusion between aggregates occurring in the course of plastification, in terms of production of homogeneously-bloated aggregates through a temperature programmed method by using materials made of raw materials of ceramic oxides. The present invention provides the artificial lightweight aggregates sintered by which a ceramic coating agent is coated on a molded object made of the raw materials of ceramic oxides containing silica (SiO_2) and alumina (Al_2O_3) as main components.
세라믹 산화물 원료로 이루어진 재료를 이용하여 승온법으로 균일발포골재(homogeneously-bloated aggregates)를 제조함에 있어, 소성과정에서 발생하는 골재간의 융착현상을 방지할 수 있는 인공경량골재가 개시된다. 본 발명은 실리카(SiO) 및 알루미나(AlO)를 주성분으로 포함하는 세라믹 산화물 원료로 이루어진 성형체에 세라믹 코팅재가 코팅되어 소결된 인공경량골재를 제공한다.
