A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The present invention relates to a city farm type apartment house and, more specifically, relates to an apartment having a common hallway on each floor and stairs; and an elevator to enable a user to move to another floor. The city farm type apartment house comprises: a living unit having a residential space unit inside; a farm unit having a vegetation space unit inside; and a dummy unit transmitting sunlight to the farm unit. The living unit and the farm unit are arranged in a horizontal row and a vertical line on the each floor. According to the present invention, the apartment house can be built in a form wherein the living unit and the farm unit are connected. As such, agriculture can be performed in the city, and the sunlight can also sufficiently be radiated to the farm unit by a dummy unit. Hence, the city farm type apartment house enables natural cultivation of crops in large quantities using both artificial and natural light. Moreover, the city farm type apartment house improves reliability on the quality of production, and reduces consumption of electricity; thus being commercialized to make a profit.
본 발명은 도시농장형 공동주택에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 각 층에 공용 복도를 갖고, 다른 층으로 이동하기 위한 계단과 엘리베이터를 갖는 공동주택에 있어서, 주거공간부가 내부에 형성되는 주거부, 식생공간부가 내부에 형성되는 농장부, 및 상기 농장부로 태양광이 조사되도록 투과시키는 더미부,를 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 주거부와 농장부는 각 층에 수평 병렬과 수직 적층으로 배열된다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 주거부와 농장부가 결합된 형태로 공동주택을 건설할 수 있어 도시에서도 농업활동을 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 더미부에 의해 농장부로 태양광이 충분히 조사될 수 있어 인공광과 자연광 병용으로 농작물의 대량 자연재배가 가능하며 농작물 품질에 대한 신뢰를 높이고 전기소모를 줄여 이익 창출에 따른 사업화가 이루어질 수 있다.
