The present invention relates to a bathroom to which a system piping on a floor for remodeling is applied and, more specifically, to a bathroom in an apartment house for remodeling using a system piping on a floor, which enables piping on a floor, wherein the piping on a floor is executed through the side expansion and the position change of an existing space in a state where a floor slab including existing aggregate is kept. The bathroom according to the present invention comprises: a waterproof layer which is formed on a foundation concrete floor; sewage and wastewater pipes which are installed on the top of the waterproof layer; a dry space in which the sewage and wastewater pipes are embedded; and a wet space which is formed to be lower than the dry space.
본 발명은 리모델링용 층상배관 시스템이 적용된 욕실에 관한 것으로, 특히 기존의 골조를 포함한 바닥 슬라브는 유지한 상태에서 측면 확장과 기존 공간의 위치변경을 통해 구성되는 층상배관이 구현 가능한 리모델링 공동주택의 층상배관 욕실을 제공한다.
