A POTHOLE REPAIR METHOD OF A PAVEMENT
The present invention relates to a pothole repairing and paving method for a paved road surface. The present invention, the pothole repairing and paving method for repairing the paved road surface by filling the pothole formed on the paved road surface, is characterized by including a foaming agent inputting step (S1) of inputting a foaming agent inside the pothole to fill a gap formed on an inner wall of the pothole; a shotcrete mortar pouring step (S2) of injecting shotcrete mortar in the pothole after the foaming agent is inputted and cured; and an asphalt paving material filling step (S3) of repairing the shotcrete mortar surface to obtain a surface identical to the paved road surface by pouring an asphalt paving material after the shotcrete is injected and cured. The present invention allows rapid repair of the pothole formed on the paved road surface, remarkably improves the durability of the paved road, and provides a waterproofing effect.
본 발명은 도로 포장면의 단면 포트홀 보수 포장공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 도로 포장면에 형성된 포트홀을 채움시켜 포장면을 보수하기 위한 포트홀 보수 포장공법에 있어서, 상기 포트홀의 내부에 발포제를 투입하여 상기 포트홀 내벽에 형성된 틈새가 채움되도록 하는 발포제 투입단계(S1): 상기 발포제 투입후 경화되면 상기 포트홀에 숏크리트 몰탈을 분사하는 숏크리트 타설단계(S2); 상기 숏크리트 분사후 경화되면 아스팔트 포장재를 타설하여 도로 포장면의 표면과 동일하도록 보수하는 아스팔트 포장재 채움단계(S3);를 수행하여 포트홀을 채움시키는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 도로 포장면에 형성된 포트홀을 신속하게 보수 할 수 있음과 더불어 내구성이 크게 증대됨은 물론 방수 효과를 갖는 장점이 있다.
