The present invention relates to a device for controlling the entry and exit of a vehicle including: a vehicle detecting means with a detection unit detecting a vehicle desired to enter a parking lot and a camera unit photographing a license plate of the vehicle; and an opening and closing bar operating means operating an opening and closing bar according to sensed signals of the vehicle detecting means to be installed in a single body. The device for controlling the entry and exit of a vehicle is composed of: a cylindrical body including one end capable of being open and closed, a lower end fixated and installed onto the ground, and an internal space; the vehicle detecting means installed to be tilted in the front upper part of the body to monitor an entrance of the vehicle in a driveway and detecting the vehicle entering to the parking lot; a protective cover protecting the vehicle detecting means by being installed at an angle in accordance with a monitoring angle of the vehicle detecting means; a display unit installed on the upper part to convey a message before or after the entry of the vehicle to the parking lot to a driver; the opening and closing bar installed on the upper one side of the body to be arranged in the width direction of the parking lot entrance and moving in a vertical direction; the opening and closing bar operating means connected to one lateral end of the opening and closing bar inside the body and applying power to move the opening and closing bar in the vertical direction; a sub detecting means installed on the front lower part of the body and detecting a license plate of a vehicle in a blind spot where the vehicle detecting means is unable to detect; and a control unit installed inside the body and controlling the vehicle detecting means, the display unit, the opening and closing bar operating means, and the sub detecting means.
본 발명은 주차장으로 진입하고자 하는 해당 차량을 감지하는 감지기부 및 번호판을 촬영하는 카메라부가 구비된 차량인지수단과, 그 차량인지수단의 감지신호에 따라 개폐 바를 작동시키는 개폐바작동수단을 하나의 몸체에 설치하여 된 차량 진출입 제어장치에 관한 것으로, 그 구성은, 일 측면은 개폐가능하게 형성되고 하단은 지면에 고정설치되는 플랜지가 형성되며 내부에 공간이 확보된 통형의 본체; 상기 본체의 전면 상부에서 차량의 진입로 쪽 입구 전방을 주시하도록 틀어지게 설치되어 진입차량을 인식하는 차량인지수단; 상기 차량인지수단의 주시 방향과 준하는 각도로 설치되어 상기 차량인지수단을 보호하는 보호커버; 상기 본체의 상부에 설치되어 운전자에게 주차장 진입 전 또는 진입 후의 메시지를 전달하도록 설치된 디스플레이부; 상기 본체의 상부 일 측면에 주차장 입구 폭 방향을 향하도록 설치되어 상하방향으로 회동 작동되는 개폐 바; 상기 본체의 내부에 상기 개폐 바의 일 측단과 연결 설치되어 개폐 바를 상하 회동시키는 동력을 부여하는 개폐바작동수단; 상기 본체의 전면 하부에 설치되어 상기 차량인지수단에서 감지하지 못하는 사각에 위치한 차량의 번호판을 인지하는 보조인지수단; 상기 본체의 내부에 설치되어 상기 차량인지수단, 디스플레이부, 개폐바작동수단, 보조인지수단을 제어하는 제어부;로 이루어진다.
