ROAD SIGNS AND A METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME HANGING
The present invention relates to a suspended road sign and, more specifically, to a new type of a suspended road sign, which has an improved appearance by preventing a deformed part caused by the assembly of a welding part or the like on a surface of the road sign from being exposed to the outside; prevents the surface of the road sign from being contaminated by preventing rainwater flowing in a support arm from flowing to the surface of the road sign; reduces manufacturing costs by reducing the number of components of the road sign; and enables easy installation because the road sign can be assembled without bolts. The suspended road sign according to the present invention comprises: first and second plates; a first frame which is installed on the top of the gap between the first and second plates; a second frame which is installed on the bottom of the gap between the first and second plates; a connection bracket which is formed in the connected portion of the first and second frames; a draining device which drains rainwater flowing into the first frame to the bottom; and a reinforcing member which is formed inside the first and second frames.
본 발명은 현수식 도로표지판에 관한 것으로 특히, 도로표지판 표면의 용접부 등의 조립에 따른 변형부분의 노출이 방지되어 외관이 미려하며, 지주암에 흐르는 빗물이 도로표지판의 표면으로 흐르는 것을 방지할 수 있어 표면의 오염을 방지할 수 있고, 도로표지판의 부품수를 줄여 제작비용을 절감함과 동시에 볼트없는 조립타입으로 설치가 용이한 새로운 형태의 현수식 도로표지판에 관한 것이다.
