GREASE VALVE OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINE OF LOWER TRAVELER
The purpose of the present invention is to minimize a leakage of grease injected into a tension cylinder supporting a front idler when a crawler-type excavator is operated. A valve for injecting grease to a lower traveling body of construction equipment according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a piston formed with a grease injection hole; a valve body screw-joined to the piston and injecting grease into the grease injection hole through a grease nipple; a check valve-type ball mounted to open and close a grease injection passage and preventing grease from being leaked to the grease nipple; an elastic member returning the grease injection passage, which is blocked by pressing the check valve-type ball, to the initial state through the elastic bias; a plug joined to an outlet of the valve body and supporting one end of the elastic member; and a sealing unit composed of a seating groove formed on the piston and a sealing surface closely adhering to the seating groove when screw-joining the valve body to the piston, and preventing leakage of grease passing through a gap of a joint of the piston and the valve body.
본 발명은 크롤러타입 굴삭기의 주행시 프론트 아이들러(front idler)를 지지하는 텐션실린더에 주입된 그리이스 누출되는 것을 최소화할 수 있도록 한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 건설기계용 하부 주행체 그리이스 주입용 밸브는, 건설기계용 하부 주행체 그리이스 주입용 밸브에 있어서, 그리이스 주입홀이 형성된 피스톤과, 피스톤에 나사결합되고, 그리이스 니쁠을 통하여 그리이스 주입홀에 그리이스를 주입시키는 밸브바디와, 그리이스 주입 통로를 개폐시키도록 장착되고, 그리이스 니쁠 쪽으로 그리이스 누출되는 것을 방지하는 체크밸브형 볼과, 체크밸브형 볼을 가압하여 그리이스 주입 통로를 차단시킨 것을 초기상태로 탄성바이어스하는 탄성부재와, 밸브바디의 출구측에 결합되어 탄성부재 일단부를 지지하는 플러그와, 피스톤에 형성되는 안착홈과, 피스톤에 밸브바디를 나사결합시 안착홈에 밀착되는 실링면으로 이뤄지고, 피스톤과 밸브바디의 결합부위 틈새를 통과하는 그리이스 누출을 방지하는 실링부를 포함한다.
