LAMINATED GLASS GLAZING STRUCTURE AND FIXING COMPONENT MOUNTING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a laminated glass structure and a method to mount a fixing unit which enables a user to very conveniently and rapidly perform a bolt and nut coupling work without an existing adhesive injection process; and do not require adding additional components. According to the present invention, the laminated glass structure comprises: a mounting hole bored on a corner of a first window glass; an adhesion film installed between the first window glass and a second window glass, and bonding the first window glass and the second window glass; an accommodating groove formed as a part of the adhesion film in correspondence to a vertical direction of the mounting hole which is removed; an insertion member formed with a material having an adhesive force and inserted into the accommodating groove; and a fixing unit wherein one end is attached and fixated to the insertion member, and at least a part arranged on an inner side of the mounting groove.
본 발명은 종래 접착제 주입 공정 없이도 볼트-너트 체결 작업을 매우 편리하고 신속하게 실시할 수 있으면서도, 이를 위한 별도의 부품 추가가 필요없는 접합 유리 구조물 및 이의 고정구 장착 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 접합 유리 구조물은 제1 창유리의 모서리 부위에 천공된 장착홀과; 상기 제1 창유리와 제2 창유리 사이에 개재되어 상기 제1 창유리와 상기 제2 창유리를 합착시키는 접합 필름과; 상기 장착홀의 수직 방향에 대응하는 상기 접합 필름의 일부 영역을 제거하여 형성된 수용홈과; 접착력을 갖는 재질로 형성되어 상기 수용홈 내부에 삽입 구비되는 삽입재; 및 일단부는 상기 삽입재에 부착 고정되고, 적어도 일부위는 상기 장착홀 내부 상에 배치되는 고정구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
