METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING COLOR CHIP RECYCLED BY INDUSTRIAL WASTE
The present invention relates to a color chip manufacturing method using industrial waste. According to the present invention, color chips can be manufactured by recycling industrial waste such as elastic rubber waste at low production cost by reducing the manufacturing processes. The color chip manufacturing method using industrial waste includes: a grinding step of collecting industrial waste and grinding the collected industrial waste into grains to a predetermined size; a first mixing step of adding 0.2-1.0 wt% of a pigment and 2-15 wt% of a binder based on 100 wt% of the grains to the grains and mixing the same; a second mixing step of mixing while adding 100-150 wt% of an adhesion preventing agent based on 100 wt% of the binder to prevent the grains from adhering to each other by the binder; and a drying step of drying the grains after mixing.
본 발명은 산업폐기물을 재활용한 칼라칩의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 의하면, 제조공정을 줄여 제조단가를 절감하면서도 탄성 고무 폐기물과 같은 산업폐기물을 재활용하여 색상을 갖는 칩을 생산할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 본 발명은, 산업폐기물을 수거하여 일정 크기의 알갱이로 분쇄하는 분쇄단계; 상기 알갱이 100중량부에 대하여 2~15중량부의 바인더와 0.2~1.0중량부의 안료를 상기 알갱이에 투입하여 상호 교반하는 제1교반단계; 상기 바인더에 의해 상기 알갱이가 서로 접착되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 상기 바인더 100중량부에 대하여 100~500중량부의 접착방지제를 첨가하면서 상호 교반하는 제2교반단계; 및 교반 후에 상기 알갱이를 건조하는 건조단계;를 포함하여 이루어진다.
