METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MULTI-LAYER GLASS
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing multi-layer glass, which comprises the following steps of: manufacturing bonded glass by bonding reinforced glass with inner glass by a bonding film wherein a reinforcing hole part is formed in the reinforced glass and an inner hole part is formed in the inner glass; coupling a bolt head with a nut unit wherein the bolt head is arranged to penetrate the inner hole part and the reinforcing hole part; filling a gap between the bolt head and the reinforcing hole part with a sealing member; manufacturing multi-layer glass by separating outer glass from the inner glass wherein the outer glass is arranged in a side opposite to the reinforced glass and filling in a space between the outer glass and the inner glass with argon gas; and coupling a bolt body with the bolt head.
본 발명은 복층유리 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 보강홀부가 형성된 보강유리와, 내측홀부가 형성된 내측유리를 접합필름에 의해 접합하여 접합유리를 제작하는 단계와, 내측홀부와 보강홀부를 관통하도록 배치된 볼트헤드를 너트부와 체결하는 단계와, 볼트헤드와 보강홀부간의 간극을 기밀부재로 충진하는 단계와, 보강유리의 반대측에 배치되는 외측유리가 스페이서에 의해 내측유리와 이격되고, 외측유리와 내측유리간의 공간에 아르곤가스를 충진하여 복층유리를 제작하는 단계와, 볼트바디를 볼트헤드에 체결하는 단계를 포함한다.
