EXPANSION JOINTING APPARATUS FOR A BRIDGE WITH BALANCE BAR
The present invention relates to an expansion joint device for a bridge, which includes a balance bar. Two or more narrow interval parts are obtained between upper plates capable of accommodating displacement of a deck of a bridge, wherein three upper plates are in a group. The interval between the upper plates can be stably and accurately controlled by an interval control function of a balance bar when the deck of the bridge is expanded or contracted. The expansion joint device for the bridge includes: a first upper plate and a second upper plate, wherein front ends thereof face each other; a first sliding plate and a second sliding plate providing a sliding area for the front of the first upper plate and the second upper plate; a third upper plate supported on the first sliding area of the first sliding plate and the second sliding area of the second sliding plate to be slid between the first upper plate and the second upper plate; and a control bar controlling the third upper plate so that the third upper plate is located at a middle part between the first upper plate and the second upper plate when an interval between the first upper plate and the second upper plate is changed due to the expansion and contraction of the deck of the bridge, since one end and the other end are individually connected to the first upper plate and the second upper plate in an orthogonal direction to be slid while the middle part is connected to the lower side of the third upper plate to be able to rotate.
본 발명은 밸런스 바를 구비한 교량용 신축이음장치에 관한 것으로, 세 개의 상부 플레이트를 한 조로 하여 교량 상판의 변위를 수용할 수 있는 상부 플레이트 간 이격부위를 좁은 폭으로 두 곳 이상 확보하는 한편, 교량 상판의 신축시 밸런스 바의 간격조절 기능에 의해 매우 정밀하고 안정적으로 상부 플레이트 간 이격을 조절할 수 있게 된다. 이러한 본 발명은, 선단부가 서로 마주하도록 설치된 제1상부 플레이트 및 제2상부 플레이트와; 제1상부 플레이트와 제2상부 플레이트 전방에 슬라이딩 영역을 제공하는 제1슬라이딩 플레이트 및 제2슬라이딩 플레이트와; 제1상부 플레이트와 제2상부 플레이트 사이에서 상기 제1슬라이딩 플레이트의 제1슬라이딩 영역과 제2슬라이딩 플레이트의 제2슬라이딩 영역에 슬라이딩 가능하게 지지되는 제3상부 플레이트와; 중앙부가 제3상부 플레이트 하측에 회전 가능하도록 결합된 상태에서 일단부와 타단부가 각각 제1상부 플레이트와 제2상부 플레이트에 대하여 교직방향으로 슬라이딩 가능하게 결합되어, 교량 상판의 신축으로 인해 제1상부 플레이트와 상기 제2상부 플레이트 간 이격이 변화될 때 제3상부 플레이트가 제1상부 플레이트와 제2상부 플레이트의 중간에 위치할 수 있도록 제어하는 밸런스 바를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to an expansion joint device for a bridge, which includes a balance bar. Two or more narrow interval parts are obtained between upper plates capable of accommodating displacement of a deck of a bridge, wherein three upper plates are in a group. The interval between the upper plates can be stably and accurately controlled by an interval control function of a balance bar when the deck of the bridge is expanded or contracted. 본 발명은 밸런스 바를 구비한 교량용 신축이음장치에 관한 것으로, 세 개의 상부 플레이트를 한 조로 하여 교량 상판의 변위를 수용할 수 있는 상부 플레이트 간 이격부위를 좁은 폭으로 두 곳 이상 확보하는 한편, 교량 상판의 신축시 밸런스 바의 간격조절 기능에 의해 매우 정밀하고 안정적으로 상부 플레이트 간 이격을 조절할 수 있게 된다. 이러한 본 발명은, 선단부가 서로 마주하도록 설치된 제1상부 플레이트 및 제2상부 플레이트와; 제1상부 플레이트와 제2상부 플레이트 전방에 슬라이딩 영역을 제공하는 제1슬라이딩 플레이트 및 제2슬라이딩 플레이트와; 제1상부 플레이트와 제2상부 플레이트 사이에서 상기 제1슬라이딩 플레이트의 제1슬라이딩 영역과 제2슬라이딩 플레이트의 제2슬라이딩 영역에 슬라이딩 가능하게 지지되는 제3상부 플레이트와; 중앙부가 제3상부 플레이트 하측에 회전 가능하도록 결합된 상태에서 일단부와 타단부가 각각 제1상부 플레이트와 제2상부 플레이트에 대하여 교직방향으로 슬라이딩 가능하게 결합되어, 교량 상판의 신축으로 인해 제1상부 플레이트와 상기 제2상부 플레이트 간 이격이 변화될 때 제3상부 플레이트가 제1상부 플레이트와 제2상부 플레이트의 중간에 위치할 수 있도록 제어하는 밸런스 바를 포함한다.
