The present invention relates to a device to provide an operation base required for installation, separation, and maintenance activities of roof materials on a roof and, more specifically, relates to a roof operation device to provide a base to allow a user to safely operate and a loading board on a proper position by changing an operation frame and loading units on a proper posture in accordance to an inclination of a roof while approaching the roof in hung state on a crane or a high-place operation car. The roof operation device comprises: a vertical connection beam (10), a hub bracket (50), a main frame (100), two seat frames (140), seats (141), safety bars (142), two rotational shoulder bundles (121), two sets of two connection rods (126, 127), two loading units (130), a winch (150), a set of angle control units (51) to control a connection angle of a rotational connection part between a hub bracket (50) and the main frame (100), two sets of angle control units (101) to control a connection angle of the rotational connection part between the main frame (100) and the seat frames (140), two sets of angle control units (113) to control a rotational connection angle of the rotational shoulder bundles (121) on a parallel axis with the main frame (100), and two sets of angle control units (128) to control a connection angle of the rotational connection part of the connection rods (126, 127).
본 발명은 지붕에서 지붕재의 설치, 해체 및 보수 작업에 필요한 작업베이스를 제공하는 장치로서 크레인이나 고소작업차량에 매달린 형태로 지붕에 접근하며, 지붕의 경사에 대응하여 작업프레임과 적재대를 작업에 적합한 자세로 변형하게 함으로써 작업자가 안전하게 작업할 수 있는 베이스를 제공함과 동시에 적절한 위치에 적재대를 제공하는 지붕 작업 장치에 관한 것이다.
