SCREEN MANHOLE
The present invention provides a screen manhole capable of efficiently preventing an intake of impurities to a wastewater pump by filtering impurities contained in wastewater and maintaining a filtering function without clogging of filtering holes of the screen for filtering impurities for a long time. The screen manhole includes: a manhole body having an internal space with open top, an inlet through which wastewater flows in from the outside, and an outlet through which the wastewater is discharged; an inclined invert unit having an inclined surface inclined downward to a direction of the inlet from a direction of the outlet and formed to stack the impurities of the wastewater in one direction; and a screen unit installed in the internal space of the manhole body, positioned in the upper side of the inclined invert unit to filter the impurities contained in the wastewater, and composed of fixed frames vertically positioned at an interval and screen bars connecting the fixed framed in a vertical direction, formed at a constant interval in a lateral direction, and having multiple filtering holes. The distance between the screen bars of the screen unit is 10-30 mm to enable the surface area of the screen to maintain a sufficient water discharge amount while an impurity layer having a predetermined water discharge amount is formed on the filtering holes.
본 발명은 오수에 포함된 협잡물을 걸러주도록 여과하여 오수펌프로의 협잡물 유입을 효율적으로 방지하고, 협잡물을 걸러내기 위한 스크린의 여과공에 폐색이 없어 여과기능을 장기적으로 유지함을 제공하도록, 상면이 개방된 내부공간을 구비하고 외부로부터 오수가 유입되는 유입구 및 오수를 유출가능한 배출구를 구비하는 맨홀본체와; 상기 맨홀본체의 내부 바닥면에 형성되고 상기 배출구가 구비된 방향에서부터 상기 유입구가 구비된 방향을 향해 하향경사진 경사면을 구비하여 오수상의 협잡물을 일방향으로 적재가능하게 형성되는 경사인버트부와; 상기 맨홀본체의 내부공간에 설치되고 상기 경사인버트부의 상측에 위치하여 오수상에 포함된 협잡물을 걸러내도록 구성되되 상하로 거리를 두고 위치하는 고정프레임과, 상기 고정프레임을 수직방향으로 연결하며 측 방향으로 일정한 간격을 두고 배치되어 다수의 여과공이 구비된 스크린바로 구성되는 스크린부;를 포함하고, 상기 스크린부는 상기 여과공에 소정의 통수량을 갖는 협잡물층이 생성되되 스크린 표면적이 충분한 통수량을 유지가능하도록 상기 스크린바 간에 상호 배치간격이 10~30㎜로 이루어지는 스크린 맨홀을 제공한다.

본 발명은 오수에 포함된 협잡물을 걸러주도록 여과하여 오수펌프로의 협잡물 유입을 효율적으로 방지하고, 협잡물을 걸러내기 위한 스크린의 여과공에 폐색이 없어 여과기능을 장기적으로 유지함을 제공하도록, 상면이 개방된 내부공간을 구비하고 외부로부터 오수가 유입되는 유입구 및 오수를 유출가능한 배출구를 구비하는 맨홀본체와; 상기 맨홀본체의 내부 바닥면에 형성되고 상기 배출구가 구비된 방향에서부터 상기 유입구가 구비된 방향을 향해 하향경사진 경사면을 구비하여 오수상의 협잡물을 일방향으로 적재가능하게 형성되는 경사인버트부와; 상기 맨홀본체의 내부공간에 설치되고 상기 경사인버트부의 상측에 위치하여 오수상에 포함된 협잡물을 걸러내도록 구성되되 상하로 거리를 두고 위치하는 고정프레임과, 상기 고정프레임을 수직방향으로 연결하며 측 방향으로 일정한 간격을 두고 배치되어 다수의 여과공이 구비된 스크린바로 구성되는 스크린부;를 포함하고, 상기 스크린부는 상기 여과공에 소정의 통수량을 갖는 협잡물층이 생성되되 스크린 표면적이 충분한 통수량을 유지가능하도록 상기 스크린바 간에 상호 배치간격이 10~30㎜로 이루어지는 스크린 맨홀을 제공한다.
