VALVE ASSEMBLY FOR BIDET
The present invention relates to a valve assembly for a bidet, composed of: a pair of cases connected to a pipe through which air and a fluid are received and discharged and a motor, and coupled with an O-ring; a rubber plate coupled to one inner side of the case, including a central groove with a cutting unit and a flow groove, and having protruding units with seating grooves and drains on one side; an adjusting unit having a middle groove at the center, wherein the middle groove corresponds to the central groove and has cut surfaces on both sides, including a middle rim unit formed around the middle groove, a joining unit with drain holes and seating protruding units corresponding to the drains and the seating grooves, and a seating protrusion protruding from the coupling unit to allow the protruding units to be seated on one side, and including an insertion protruding unit on the other side; and a fixing unit composed of a fixing shaft joined to the insertion protruding unit of the adjusting unit, a spring joined to the joining shaft, and an insertion shaft connected to the fixing shaft and including an insertion groove on the other side. The valve assembly for a bidet is capable of preventing a leak of air or the fluid as the rubber plate is firmly stuck to the seating protrusion of the adjusting unit when air or the fluid is received or discharged. In addition, the valve assembly for a bidet is capable of preventing damage to the rubber plate and a loss of the rubber plate and smoothly allowing air or the fluid to flow by firmly fixing the rubber plate to the seating protrusion.
본 발명은 비데용 밸브조립체에 관한 것으로, 공기와 액체가 유입되고 배출되는 관과, 모터가 연결되며 오링이 결합되는 한 쌍의 케이스와, 상기 케이스의 내부 일측으로 결합되되 절삭부가 형성되는 중앙홈과 유통홈이 형성되고, 일측으로 배수구와 자리홈이 형성되는 돌출부가 형성된 고무판과, 중앙으로 중앙홈과 대응되며 절삭면이 양측으로 형성되는 중간홈이 형성되며, 일측으로 상기 중간홈의 주위를 둘러싸는 중간테두리부와, 배수구와 자리홈에 대응되는 배수홀과 자리돌출부가 형성되는 결합부와 상기 결합부에서 돌출되되 고무판의 돌출부가 거치되는 거치턱이 형성되며, 타측으로 삽입돌출부가 형성되는 조절부와, 상기 조절부의 삽입돌출부로 결합되는 고정축, 상기 고정축에 결합되는 스프링과, 상기 고정축에 연결되며, 타측으로 삽입홈이 형성되는 삽입축으로 형성된 고정부로 이루어진다. 본 발명은 액체 및 공기를 유입하고 배수시킬 때, 고무판이 조절부의 거치턱에 견고하게 밀착되어 공기나 액체의 누수를 예방할 수 있으며, 고무판이 거치턱에서 견고히 고정됨으로써, 고무판의 유실, 파손을 예방할 수 있고, 공기 및 액체가 원활하게 흐를 수 있는 장점이 있다.

The valve assembly for a bidet is capable of preventing a leak of air or the fluid as the rubber plate is firmly stuck to the seating protrusion of the adjusting unit when air or the fluid is received or discharged. In addition, the valve assembly for a bidet is capable of preventing damage to the rubber plate and a loss of the rubber plate and smoothly allowing air or the fluid to flow by firmly fixing the rubber plate to the seating protrusion.
본 발명은 비데용 밸브조립체에 관한 것으로, 공기와 액체가 유입되고 배출되는 관과, 모터가 연결되며 오링이 결합되는 한 쌍의 케이스와, 상기 케이스의 내부 일측으로 결합되되 절삭부가 형성되는 중앙홈과 유통홈이 형성되고, 일측으로 배수구와 자리홈이 형성되는 돌출부가 형성된 고무판과, 중앙으로 중앙홈과 대응되며 절삭면이 양측으로 형성되는 중간홈이 형성되며, 일측으로 상기 중간홈의 주위를 둘러싸는 중간테두리부와, 배수구와 자리홈에 대응되는 배수홀과 자리돌출부가 형성되는 결합부와 상기 결합부에서 돌출되되 고무판의 돌출부가 거치되는 거치턱이 형성되며, 타측으로 삽입돌출부가 형성되는 조절부와, 상기 조절부의 삽입돌출부로 결합되는 고정축, 상기 고정축에 결합되는 스프링과, 상기 고정축에 연결되며, 타측으로 삽입홈이 형성되는 삽입축으로 형성된 고정부로 이루어진다. 본 발명은 액체 및 공기를 유입하고 배수시킬 때, 고무판이 조절부의 거치턱에 견고하게 밀착되어 공기나 액체의 누수를 예방할 수 있으며, 고무판이 거치턱에서 견고히 고정됨으로써, 고무판의 유실, 파손을 예방할 수 있고, 공기 및 액체가 원활하게 흐를 수 있는 장점이 있다.
