PRECAST BOX USING BENDED ANGLE CONNECTION PLATE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention relates to a PC box using a bent angle-type connecting plate and a constructing method thereof, capable of simply integrating upper and lower PC segments after manufacturing the upper and lower PC segments and vertically stacking the upper and lower segments one after another. Connection grooves are formed on lateral surfaces of both lateral wall units of the upper and lower PC segments coming into contact with each other. Main steel reinforcements are welded and installed in the connected connection grooves (A1, A2). Finger connection plates coupled with connection bolts are exposed. Accordingly, the upper and lower PC segments are vertically joined by connecting the exposed finger connection plates to additional connection plates with nuts.
상부 및 하부 PC세그먼트를 각각 제작하고, 서로 상하로 적층시킨 후, 상부 및 하부 PC 세그먼트를 서로 간단하게 일체화 시킬 수 있는 절곡앵글형 연결플레이트를 이용한 PC 박스 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 상부 및 하부 PC 세그먼트의 양 측벽부의 하부 및 상부 접합면에는 연결홈이 연통되고 상기 연통된 연결홈(A1,A2)에는 주철근이 미리 용접 설치되며 연결볼트가 체결된 핑거 연결플레이트가 노출되어, 노출된 핑거 연결플레이트를 덧댐 연결플레이트와 너트로 서로 연결시켜 상부 및 하부 PC세그먼트를 상하 접합시키게 된다.
