STAINLESS STEEL DOOR FRAME
The present invention relates to a stainless steel door frame structure which is formed in a rectangular frame shape in order to be inserted with a glass by that a frame unit is extended and combined horizontally and vertically. The frame unit comprises: internal and external stainless steel frames made of a stainless steel material which is bent and separated to face each other; first and second profiles which are inserted into the internal and external stainless steel frames, respectively; a beam type frame member which is inserted between the internal stainless steel frame and the first profile and between the external stainless steel and the second profile; and a heat insulation member which is inserted between the first profile and the second profile. According to the stainless steel door frame structure, the shape of an outer frame can be freely designed as the stainless steel material of the outer frame can be made into various shapes. Assembly and construction can be done easily by performing assembly by inserting and combining the internal and external stainless steel frames and the heat insulation member to the beam type frame member and the profile of an aluminum material in a sliding manner. And the stainless steel door frame structure can provide the advantage of being able to provide heat insulation effect as well as increasing structural stability.
본 발명은 단위 프레임 유니트가 수평 및 수직방향을 따라 연장되게 결합되어 유리를 내부에 삽입할 수 있도록 사각형 틀 형태로 형성된 스테인레스 문틀 구조체에 관한 것으로서, 단위 프레임 유니트는 상호 대향되게 이격되며 스테인레스 소재로 절곡되어 형성된 내부 및 외부 스테인레스 프레임과, 내부 및 외부 스테인레스 프레임 각각에 삽입되는 제1 및 제2 프로파일과, 내부 스테인레스 프레임과 제1프로파일 사이와 외부 스테인레스 프레임과 제2프로파일 사이에 삽입되는 보형틀부재; 및 제1 및 제2 프로파일 사이에 끼움결합되는 단열부재를 구비한다. 이러한 스테인레스 문틀 구조체에 의하면, 외형틀 부분에 대해 스테인레스 소재로 다양한 형상으로 형성할 수 있어 형상 자유도를 높일 수 있고, 보형틀부재와, 알루미늄소재의 프로파일로, 내부 및 외부 스테인레스 프레임 및 단열부재가 길이방향을 따라 상호 슬라이딩에 의한 끼움결합에 의해 조립이 이루어짐으로써 조립 및 공사가 용이하고, 구조적 안정도를 높이면서도 단열효과를 제공할 수 있는 장점을 제공한다.
