A high rate discharge device of a digital door-lock battery comprises: a primary battery; a current limit unit which discharges electricity at a low capacity to enable the primary battery to supply power at the maximum efficiency in a general discharge mode; a power storage which supplies power to a system power unit in a high rate discharge mode; a switch which is located between the primary battery and the system power unit, and switches the connection between the primary battery and the system power unit, or switches the connection between the current limit unit and the system power unit; and an operation amplifier which is located between the current limit unit and the switch.
