ABSORPTION SOUND ABSORPTION MATERIAL NOISE FLOOR USING SAND LAYERS
The present invention relates to a sound absorption floor material for floor noise absorption using sand absorption materials capable of blocking floor noise and reducing energy. The sound absorption floor material for floor noise absorption comprises: a reflection plate (10) having pipe grooves (11) wherein a heating pipe (1) is fitted; a pipe panel (20) attached to a lower part of a reflection plate (10) having an internal space (21) and receiving grooves (22); sound absorption materials (30) vertically attached to the internal space (21) of the pipe panel (20) at a predetermined interval; a sound absorption panel (40) attached to a lower part of the pipe panel (20) to have a closed internal space (41); upper and lower corrugated plates (50, 60) attached to an upper and a lower part of the internal space (41) of the sound absorption panel (40); a reinforcement plate (70) horizontally attached between an upper corrugated plate (50) and a lower corrugated plate (60); and sand (80) charged in the internal space (41) of the sound absorption panel (40).
본 발명은 층간소음 차단 및 에너지를 절감할 수 있도록 한 샌드흡음재를 이용한 층간소음 흡음 바닥재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 난방배관(1)이 끼워지는 배관홈(11)을 구비하는 반사판(10); 상기 반사판(10)의 하부에 부착되어 내부공간(21)과 수용홈(22)을 구비하는 배관패널(20); 상기 배관패널(20)의 내부공간(21)에 일정간격을 두고 수직으로 부착되는 흡음재(30); 상기 배관패널(20)의 하부에 부착되어 밀폐된 내부공간(41)을 구비하는 흡음패널(40); 상기 흡음패널(40)의 내부공간(41) 상,하부에 각각 부착되는 상,하부파형판(50)(60); 상기 상부파형판(50)과 하부파형판(60) 사이에 수평으로 부착되는 보강판(70); 상기 흡음패널(40)의 내부공간(41)에 충전되는 모래(80)를 포함하여 구성된다.
