HYDRAULIC CONTROL APPARATUS FOR MOVABLE WEIR
The present invention relates to a hydraulic control device for a movable weir and, more specifically, relates to a hydraulic control device for a movable weir capable of stably operating a floodgate forming a movable weir without a torsion by equally distributing a rate of flow of operation oil to a plurality of cylinders to operate the floodgate. The hydraulic control device is applied to the movable weir, having the floodgate arranged across a channel and the plurality of cylinders moving the floodgate to open and close the channel to operate and control the cylinders. The hydraulic control device for a movable weir comprises: a pump operated by a motor to discharge the operation oil of a hydraulic tank; a direction conversion valve to control an operation direction of the cylinders by controlling a direction of the operation oil supplied to the cylinders by the pump; a pilot check valve to prevent backflow of the operation oil supplied to the cylinders; and a distribution valve to synchronize the cylinders by equally distributing the flow rate of the operation oil supplied to the cylinders from the direction conversion valve to the cylinders.
본 발명의 가동보의 유압제어장치에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 가동보를 구성하는 수문의 작동을 위한 다수개의 실린더로 작동유의 유량을 동일하게 분배하여 수문의 비틀림 없이 안정적으로 작동할 수 있게 하는 가동보의 유압제어장치를 제공함에 있다. 이를 위한 본 발명은 수로를 횡단하는 구조로 배치된 수문과, 상기 수로를 개폐하도록 수문을 움직이는 다수개의 실린더를 포함하는 가동보에 적용되어 상기 실린더를 작동 및 제어하는 유압제어장치로써, 모터에 의해 작동하면서 유압탱크의 작동유를 토출하는 펌프; 상기 펌프에 의해 실린더로 공급되는 작동유의 방향을 제어함으로써 실린더가 작동하는 방향을 제어하는 방향전환밸브; 상기 실린더로 공급된 작동유가 역류하는 것을 방지하는 파일럿 체크밸브; 및 상기 방향전환밸브로부터 각각 실린더로 공급되는 작동유의 유량을 각각의 실린더로 균등하게 분배하여 다수개의 실린더를 동기화시키는 분류밸브;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가동보의 유압제어장치를 제공한다.
