THE HONEYCOMB STRUCTURE DEVELOPED BY EXTRUDED SHAPES
The present invention relates to a technology of manufacturing a honeycomb structure using an extruded material with a locking structure. The present invention is characterized by manufacturing the honeycomb structure having a firm joining structure at low costs by manufacturing honeycomb cells having locking groove structures and locking protrusion structures, forming a honeycomb shape by fitting and joining the locking protrusions to the locking grooves in the longitudinal direction of the cells, and thereafter fixing each joined honeycomb cell with an adhesive or with a pressure welding method, or a fusion welding method.
본 발명은 걸림결합구조를 갖는 압출형재에 의한 허니컴구조체를 제조하는 기술에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 걸림홈의 구조와 걸림돌기의 구조를 갖는 허니컴셀을 제조한 다음 셀 길이방향으로 걸림홈에 걸림돌기를 끼움식으로 결합하여 허니컴구조로 제조한 다음 각각의 결합된 허니컴셀을 접착제 또는 압접법, 융접법으로 고정시켜서 단단한 결합구조를 지닌 저렴한 제조비용으로 허니컴구조체를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 걸림결합구조를 갖는 압출형재에 의한 허니컴구조체를 제조하는 기술에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 걸림홈의 구조와 걸림돌기의 구조를 갖는 허니컴셀을 제조한 다음 셀 길이방향으로 걸림홈에 걸림돌기를 끼움식으로 결합하여 허니컴구조로 제조한 다음 각각의 결합된 허니컴셀을 접착제 또는 압접법, 융접법으로 고정시켜서 단단한 결합구조를 지닌 저렴한 제조비용으로 허니컴구조체를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
