HYDRAULIC EXCAVATOR ATTACHMENT QUICK COUPLER WITH SAFETY DEVICE
The present invention relates to an attachment quick coupler with a safety device, allowing an attachment to be connected to an arm of an excavator and has no need to use a safety pin, and more specifically, to a quick coupler with a safety device, having the safety device to prevent an attachment from adventitiously being separated from an arm of an excavator while performing work, thereby further securing safety. The quick coupler comprises; a gear body device (45) having a hydraulic motor (37) mounted thereon and a rack gear rod (33) moving a movement hook (19).
본 발명은 중장비 특히, 굴삭기의 아암에 어태치먼트(attachment)를 연결시키는 안전핀이 필요없는 안전장치를 갖춘 어태치먼트(attachment)용 퀵 커플러(Quick coupler)에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 작업 도중 굴삭기의 아암으로부터 어태치먼트(attachment)의 우발적인 분리를 방지하기 위해 안전장치를 구비함으로서 더욱 안전성을 확보토록 한 안전장치를 갖춘 퀵 커플러(Quick coupler)에 관한 것이다.
