DOOR LOCKING APPARATUS AND KEEPING APPARATUS USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a door locking device and a storage apparatus using the same. The present invention comprises: a door locking unit having a door locking device which locks and unlocks a door to open and close a main body frame installed in the door to be inserted and released from a locking hole formed on the main body frame to lock and unlock the door, and having an accommodation space therein; a re-locking unit formed on the locking unit, which has a position and a portion arranged inside the accommodation space protruding outwardly from the locking unit to be engaged with at least one between the door and the main body frame to allow the locking unit to be able to move over a protruding position (distance) which restricts the locking unit from moving in the insertion-releasing direction; a re-locking restriction unit formed on the locking unit to restrict the re-locking unit from moving to the protruding part to allow the re-locking unit to maintain its normal position made of a material, and at least part of which can be damaged by shock; and a restriction releasing unit to damage the re-locking restriction unit by applying an external force in the insertion-releasing direction to release the restriction on the re-locking unit, thus the re-locking unit being movable to the protruding part. Accordingly, even if a thief inserts a tool into a gap between the main body frame and door, and an external force is then applied to the locking unit inserted into the locking hole in the insertion-releasing direction; the re-locking unit is operated by a respective force to restrict a movement of the locking part in the insertion-releasing direction, thus making it difficult for the thief to achieve his objective.
본 발명은 도어 잠금 장치 및 이를 사용한 보관 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 도어 잠금 장치가 본체 프레임을 개폐하는 도어를 잠금 및 잠금 해제시키고, 도어 잠금 장치는 상기 본체 프레임에 형성된 잠금공에 삽입 및 삽입 해제 가능하게 상기 도어에 설치되어 상기 도어를 잠금 및 잠금 해제시키고, 내부에 수용 공간이 형성된 잠금부와; 상기 수용 공간 내부에 배치되는 위치 위치와, 일부분이 상기 잠금부의 외부로 돌출되어 상기 도어와 상기 본체 프레임 중 적어도 어느 하나에 걸려 상기 잠금부의 삽입 해제 방향으로의 이동을 구속하는 돌출 위치 간을 이동 가능하게 상기 잠금부에 설치되는 재잠금부와; 상기 잠금부에 설치되어 상기 재잠금부가 상기 정상 위치를 유지하도록 상기 재잠금부의 상기 돌출 위치로의 이동을 구속하고, 적어도 일부분이 충격에 의해 파손 가능한 재질로 마련되는 재잠금 구속부와; 상기 재잠금부가 상기 돌출 위치로 이동 가능하게 상기 재잠금부에 대한 구속이 해제되도록 상기 삽입 해제 방향으로의 외력에 의해 상기 재잠금 구속부를 파손시키는 구속 해제부를 포함한다. 이에 따라, 본체 프레임과 도어 사이의 틈으로 탈취자가 공구를 삽입하여 잠금공에 삽입된 잠금부로 삽입 해제 방향으로 외력을 가하더라도, 해당 외력에 의해 재잠금부가 작동하여 잠금부의 삽입 해제 방향으로의 이동이 구속되어 탈취자의 목적이 달성되기 어렵게 되는 효과가 있다.

본 발명은 도어 잠금 장치 및 이를 사용한 보관 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 도어 잠금 장치가 본체 프레임을 개폐하는 도어를 잠금 및 잠금 해제시키고, 도어 잠금 장치는 상기 본체 프레임에 형성된 잠금공에 삽입 및 삽입 해제 가능하게 상기 도어에 설치되어 상기 도어를 잠금 및 잠금 해제시키고, 내부에 수용 공간이 형성된 잠금부와; 상기 수용 공간 내부에 배치되는 위치 위치와, 일부분이 상기 잠금부의 외부로 돌출되어 상기 도어와 상기 본체 프레임 중 적어도 어느 하나에 걸려 상기 잠금부의 삽입 해제 방향으로의 이동을 구속하는 돌출 위치 간을 이동 가능하게 상기 잠금부에 설치되는 재잠금부와; 상기 잠금부에 설치되어 상기 재잠금부가 상기 정상 위치를 유지하도록 상기 재잠금부의 상기 돌출 위치로의 이동을 구속하고, 적어도 일부분이 충격에 의해 파손 가능한 재질로 마련되는 재잠금 구속부와; 상기 재잠금부가 상기 돌출 위치로 이동 가능하게 상기 재잠금부에 대한 구속이 해제되도록 상기 삽입 해제 방향으로의 외력에 의해 상기 재잠금 구속부를 파손시키는 구속 해제부를 포함한다. 이에 따라, 본체 프레임과 도어 사이의 틈으로 탈취자가 공구를 삽입하여 잠금공에 삽입된 잠금부로 삽입 해제 방향으로 외력을 가하더라도, 해당 외력에 의해 재잠금부가 작동하여 잠금부의 삽입 해제 방향으로의 이동이 구속되어 탈취자의 목적이 달성되기 어렵게 되는 효과가 있다.
