METHOD FOR PRODUCING NANODIAMOND BIO-CERAMIC
The present invention relates to a method for producing nanodiamond bioceramics which can be used for various medical devices or medical appliances. When the method for producing nanodiamond bioceramics according to the present invention is used, bioceramics having excellent characteristics of nanodiamond such as durability can be manufactured. In the method of the present invention, an exhaustion step and a sintering step are separately carried out: impurities such as carbon impurities or fixing agents are removed in the exhaustion step; and the sintering step that uses N_2/H_2 instead of the air is gone through, thus bioceramics which guarantee high reliability and constant quality can be produced.
본 발명은 각종 의료기기 또는 의료용구에 사용할 수 있는 나노다이아몬드 바이오 세라믹의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 나노다이아몬드 바이오 세라믹의 제조방법을 이용하면 내구성과 같은 나노다이아몬드의 우수한 특성을 갖는 바이오 세라믹을 제조할 수 있다. 본 발명의 제조방법은 소진 단계와 소결 단계와 분리하여 나누어서 수행하는데, 소진 단계에서 카본 불순물이나 고착제와 같은 불순물을 제거하며, 공기 대신 N/H를 이용하는 소결단계를 거침으로써 안정성이 높고 일정한 품질이 보장되는 바이오 세라믹을 제조할 수 있다.
