MANUFACTURING METHOD AND MANUFACTURE OF INNER SURFACE-MODIFIED SEWAGE PIPES
The present invention relates to a method and a device to manufacture an inner surface-modified sewage pipe. More specifically, the method to manufacture the inner surface-modified sewage pipe comprises: a raw material supply step of supplying a sulfur polymer binder to a feeder; an aggregate transport step of transporting aggregate to the feeder; an aggregate mixing step of mixing the aggregate transported through the aggregate transport step with the sulfur polymer binder supplied to the feeder through the raw material supply step in a terminal portion of the feeder; a shaping step of feeding the mixture wherein the aggregate is mixed through the aggregate mixing step into a mold, and shaping the mixture into a sewage pipe; a re-melting step of inserting a heater having a heat source into the sewage pipe shaped through the shaping step, and heating the inside of the sewage pipe; and a curing step of curing the sewage pipe whose inner surface is modified through the re-melting step in a chamber. The sewage pipe manufactured by the above processes provides a smooth inner surface without performing an additional coating process or polishing process.
본 발명은 내부표면이 개질된 하수관의 제조방법 및 제조장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 유황 폴리머 바인더를 투입기에 공급하는 원료공급단계, 골재를 투입기로 이송하는 골재이송단계, 상기 원료공급단계를 통해 투입기에 공급된 유황 폴리머 바인더에 상기 골재이송단계를 통해 이송된 골재를 투입기의 말단부에서 혼합하는 골재혼합단계, 상기 골재혼합단계를 통해 골재가 혼합된 혼합물을 금형에 투입하고 하수관으로 성형하는 성형단계, 상기 성형단계를 통해 성형된 하수관의 내부에 열원이 구비된 가열기를 투입하고 가열하는 재용융단계 및 상기 재용융단계를 통해 내부표면이 개질된 하수관을 챔버 내에서 양생시키는 양생단계로 이루어진다. 상기의 과정을 통해 제조된 하수관은 별도의 코팅공정이나 연마공정을 실시하지 않고도 매끄러운 내부 표면이 제공된다.
