DRAINAGE PIPE ASSEMBLY FOR INSTALLING WASHBOWL
The present invention relates to a drainage pipe assembly for the installation of a washbowl with an improved structure to enable the convenient installation and separation of a drain pipe without a special tool and to enable convenient maintenance and repair without experts. The drainage pipe assembly for a washbowl comprises: a pipe part inserted in a drain formed on a washbowl having a flange part formed on a longitudinal top to be hung on a top surface of a floor part of the washbowl in a circumference of the drain; and a fixing unit to fix the pipe part to the washbowl by compressing the floor part of the washbowl positioned between the flange part and the fixing unit upward. The fixing unit comprises: a sliding member wherein the pipe part exposed downward from the washbowl is inserted to be slid; a clamp member positioned between the sliding member and the pipe part to clamp the pipe part to be fixed while being hung on the sliding member; and a spring wherein the pipe part is vertically inserted and positioned between the washbowl and the sliding member to compress the sliding member downward. According to the present invention, the pipe part is conveniently installed in or separated from the washbowl only with the operation of the clamp member protruding outward from the sliding member to conveniently install or separate the drain pipe without the special tool or skills; thereby enabling the convenient maintenance and repair of the drain pipe without experts and drastically reducing operation time.
본 발명은 별도의 전문 공구가 없이도 간단하게 배수파이프를 설치 및 해체할 수 있고, 비전문가도 간편하게 유지 및 보수가 가능한 개선된 구조의 세면기 설치용 배수파이프 어셈블리에 관한것으로, 세면기에 형성된 배수공으로 삽입되고 길이 방향 상단에 상기 배수공의 둘레로 세면기의 바닥부 상면에 걸리는 플랜지부가 형성된 배관부와, 상기 플랜지부와의 사이에 위치한 세면기의 바닥부를 상향 가압하여 상기 배관부를 세면기에 고정시키는 고정수단을 포함하며, 상기 고정수단은 세면기의 하부로 노출된 배관부가 슬라이딩 가능하게 삽입되는 슬라이딩부재와, 상기 슬라이딩부재와 배관부 사이에 위치하여 배관부를 클램핑하며 슬라이딩부재에 걸리며 고정시키는 클램프부재와, 상기 배관부가 상하 방향으로 삽입되며 세면기와 슬라이딩부재 사이에 위치하여 상기 슬라이딩부재를 하방 가압하는 스프링으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세면기 설치용 배수파이프 어셈블리이다. 따라서, 본 발명은 사용자 슬라이딩부재의 외부로 돌출된 클램프부재의 조작만으로 간편하게 배관부를 세면기에 설치 및 해체 가능하게 하는 효과가 있음으로 별도의 전문 공구나 기술이 없이도 간편하게 배수파이프를 설치 및 해체 작업을 할 수 있어 비전문가도 간단하게 배수파이프의 유지 및 보수가 가능하며 작업 시간을 현저히 단축되는 효과를 제공하는 세면기 설치용 배수파이프 어셈블리이다.
DRAINAGE PIPE ASSEMBLY FOR INSTALLING WASHBOWL
The present invention relates to a drainage pipe assembly for the installation of a washbowl with an improved structure to enable the convenient installation and separation of a drain pipe without a special tool and to enable convenient maintenance and repair without experts. The drainage pipe assembly for a washbowl comprises: a pipe part inserted in a drain formed on a washbowl having a flange part formed on a longitudinal top to be hung on a top surface of a floor part of the washbowl in a circumference of the drain; and a fixing unit to fix the pipe part to the washbowl by compressing the floor part of the washbowl positioned between the flange part and the fixing unit upward. The fixing unit comprises: a sliding member wherein the pipe part exposed downward from the washbowl is inserted to be slid; a clamp member positioned between the sliding member and the pipe part to clamp the pipe part to be fixed while being hung on the sliding member; and a spring wherein the pipe part is vertically inserted and positioned between the washbowl and the sliding member to compress the sliding member downward. According to the present invention, the pipe part is conveniently installed in or separated from the washbowl only with the operation of the clamp member protruding outward from the sliding member to conveniently install or separate the drain pipe without the special tool or skills; thereby enabling the convenient maintenance and repair of the drain pipe without experts and drastically reducing operation time.
