NOISE REDUCTION TYPE HOOD LATCH DEVICE FOR AUTOMOBILE
A latch device for a noise reduction type vehicle is disclosed. According to the present invention, the latch device for a noise reduction type vehicle comprises: a base having a moving groove unit guiding movements of a striker and fixated to a door; a latch gear which is rotationally installed on the base, restrains the striker entered through the moving groove unit, and has a plurality of locking units; a pawl which is rotationally installed on the base and restrains rotation of the latch gear by a motion of being engaged with the latch gear; and a buffer cover unit installed to surround the outside of the latch gear and the pawl and reducing a noise generated when the latch gear comes in contact with the pawl.
소음저감형 자동차용 래치장치에 대한 발명이 개시된다. 본 발명의 소음저감형 자동차용 래치장치는: 스트라이커의 이동을 안내하는 이동홈부를 구비하며 도어에 고정되는 베이스와, 베이스에 회전 가능하게 설치되어 이동홈부를 통해 진입된 스트라이커를 구속하며 복수 개의 걸림부를 구비하는 래치기어와, 베이스에 회전 가능하게 설치되며 래치기어에 맞물리는 동작으로 래치기어의 회전을 구속하는 파울 및 래치기어와 파울의 외측을 감싸는 형상으로 설치되며 래치기어가 파울에 접할 때 발생되는 소음을 저감시키는 완충커버부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
