SEMICONDUCTOR CERAMIC COMPOSITION AND PTC THERMISTOR
The present invention relates to a semiconductor ceramic composition and a PTC thermistor. (Ba_(1-x-y-w)Bi_xA_yRE_w)_m(Ti_(1-z)TM_z)O_3 is represented. A is an element of at least one type selected from Na or K. Re is an element of at least one type selected from a group made of Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Gd, Dy and Er. TM is an element of at least one type selected from a group made of V, Nb, and Ta. w, x, y, z and m satisfy 0.007<=x<=0.125, x<=(w+z)<=0.010, and 0.940<=m<=0.999. A molar ratio of Bi satisfies u<=1.8x-0.008. u is a molar ratio of Sr. Therefore, the present invention provides a BaTiO_3 based semiconductor ceramic composition having a small room temperature non-resistance and a large resistance temperature coefficient.
[과제] 상온 비저항이 작고 저항 온도 계수(α)가 큰 BaTiO계 반도체 자기 조성물을 제공한다.
