TEMPORARY SOIL SHEATHING STRUCTURE USING STEEL PIPE STRUT AND METHID FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a temporary soil retaining structure, and more specifically, to a temporary soil retaining structure using a steel pipe strut which connects and uses a standardized waste steel pipe strut by assembling only without making the steel pipe strut on a site, resolves a separation portion occurring on an end by an assembling length adjustment block to reduce loss of a steel material, and reduces a process such as on-site making. According to the present invention, the temporary soil retaining structure using a steel pipe strut comprises: a steel pipe strut; and an assembling length adjustment block selectively connected to an end of the steel pipe strut according to a site condition to perform a function of a strut and adjust a length of the strut.
본 발명은 가설 흙막이 구조에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 규격화되어 있는 폐강관 버팀보를 현장 제작 없이 조립만으로 연결하여 사용하며, 단부에 발생하는 이격 부분을 조립식 길이 조절 블럭으로 해결하여 강재 손실을 줄이고, 현장 제작 등의 공정을 줄여주는 강관 버팀보를 이용한 가설 흙막이 구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명 강관 버팀보를 이용한 가설 흙막이 구조는, 강관 버팀보; 및 현장 여건에 맞게 강관 버팀보의 단부에 선택적으로 연결되어 버팀보의 기능을 수행하면서 버팀보의 길이를 조절해주는 조립식 길이 조절 블럭;을 포함한다.
