FLOOR PANEL FOR BUILDING AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a floor panel for a building which is installed on a floor in a building to effectively prevent inter-floor noise, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the floor panel for a building is installed on an upper side of a finishing mortar layer in a building, and comprises a support layer, a foamed layer, and a protective layer. The foamed layer comprises a porous mineral, preferably zeolite. Also, pores having two or more sizes are formed in an organic matter composing the foamed layer.
본 발명은 건축물의 내부 바닥에 설치되어 층간소음을 효율적으로 방지할 수 있도록 된 건축물용 바닥재와 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 건축물용 바닥재는 건축물의 내부 마감 모르타르층의 상측에 설치되는 건축물용 바닥재에 있어서, 지지층과 발포층 및 보호층을 구비하여 구성되고, 상기 발포층은 다공성 광물질, 바람직하게는 제올라이트를 포함하여 구성된다. 그리고 발포층을 구성하는 유기물에는 적어도 2종류 이상의 크기를 갖는 기공들이 형성된다.

The present invention relates to a floor panel for a building which is installed on a floor in a building to effectively prevent inter-floor noise, and a manufacturing method thereof. 본 발명은 건축물의 내부 바닥에 설치되어 층간소음을 효율적으로 방지할 수 있도록 된 건축물용 바닥재와 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 건축물용 바닥재는 건축물의 내부 마감 모르타르층의 상측에 설치되는 건축물용 바닥재에 있어서, 지지층과 발포층 및 보호층을 구비하여 구성되고, 상기 발포층은 다공성 광물질, 바람직하게는 제올라이트를 포함하여 구성된다. 그리고 발포층을 구성하는 유기물에는 적어도 2종류 이상의 크기를 갖는 기공들이 형성된다.
